These terms govern your use of arrowandbell.com, our SMS program, and the services Arrow & Bell LLC (“Arrow & Bell,” “we,” “us”) provides. By using the site, contacting us, or engaging us for services, you agree to these terms.

Use of the site

You may use arrowandbell.com for personal and business research, to contact us, and to learn about our services. You agree not to use the site to break any law, infringe anyone’s rights, attempt to disrupt the site, or scrape it in ways that violate our terms or applicable law.

Services and engagements

Arrow & Bell provides AI integration services, including business assessments, AI agents and assistants, workflow automation, AI-first websites, and Answer Engine Optimization. Specific services, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement are documented in a written proposal or statement of work signed by both parties.

The content of the website (including pricing references and process descriptions) is informational. It is not an offer or contract, and exact terms apply only to engagements we have agreed to in writing.

AI assistant disclosure

Inbound calls to our business phone may be answered by Bell, an AI assistant. Bell discloses that she is AI at the start of every call. Calls are recorded and transcribed for follow-up and quality. If you do not want to interact with an AI, hang up and email [email protected] instead and a human will respond within one business day.

SMS program terms

Program name: Arrow & Bell Customer Communications.

Description: When you provide your phone number on our contact form or during a phone call, you may receive SMS messages from Arrow & Bell related to your inquiry. Messages may include replies from our AI assistant Bell, scheduling information, payment links for services you have requested, and follow-up communications about your project.

Message frequency: typically 1 to 5 messages per inquiry. We do not send recurring marketing campaigns.

Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply to messages you send to and receive from us. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.

HELP: Reply HELP to any message for support information, or contact us at [email protected] or (530) 702-4447.

STOP: Reply STOP at any time to opt out. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS from us. To opt back in, reply START.

Carriers and delivery: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS is best-effort delivery and may not be available in all areas or networks.

Payments

Payments for services are processed by Stripe. Fees and refund terms for any specific engagement are set in the proposal or statement of work signed by both parties. Payment links sent by Bell or by Arrow & Bell are valid for the service or amount described in the conversation.

Intellectual property

All content on arrowandbell.com — text, design, logos, code — is owned by Arrow & Bell LLC unless otherwise noted, and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

Deliverables produced for clients during paid engagements are governed by the IP terms in the relevant statement of work. Standard practice is that clients receive ownership of deliverables upon final payment, and Arrow & Bell retains rights to general methodologies and reusable components.

Disclaimers

The website and any free content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate but do not guarantee that the site or any communications will be uninterrupted or error-free.

AI-generated content (including responses from Bell) may occasionally be incorrect or incomplete. Important business decisions should be confirmed with a human at Arrow & Bell in writing.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arrow & Bell’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the website, the SMS program, or any non-contracted communication is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100). For paid engagements, liability is governed by the relevant statement of work.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Nevada County, California.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms over time. The effective date at the top of the page shows the most recent version. Continuing to use the site or engage with us after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
