Arrow & Bell LLC (“Arrow & Bell,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We don’t sell your data, and we don’t share it with third parties for their marketing purposes.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out our contact form, book a call, or call our business line, we collect the information you provide: name, email, phone number, business name, and any details you share about your project or inquiry.

Information collected automatically. When you visit arrowandbell.com, our hosting provider logs your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and similar standard web analytics data. We use Cloudflare for analytics; we do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising trackers.

Voice call data. Inbound calls to our business line are answered by an AI assistant called Bell. Calls are recorded, transcribed, and summarized so we can follow up appropriately. The AI nature of the assistant is disclosed at the start of every call.

Information from third-party services. If you complete a booking through Cal.com or a payment through Stripe, those services share with us the information you provided to them (name, email, payment confirmation, etc.).

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your inquiry and follow up about your project
• Schedule, conduct, and follow up on calls and meetings
• Deliver services you’ve engaged us for and process payments
• Send transactional messages (booking confirmations, payment receipts, project updates)
• Improve our services, our website, and the quality of our AI assistant
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not use your information for third-party advertising. We do not sell your information.

SMS / text message communications

When you provide a phone number on our contact form or during a phone call, you may receive SMS messages from Arrow & Bell related to your inquiry, including replies from our AI assistant Bell, scheduling messages, payment links, and follow-up communication.

Message frequency: typically 1 to 5 messages per inquiry. We do not send recurring marketing campaigns by SMS.

Message and data rates: may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

Opting out: reply STOP to any message at any time and you will not receive further SMS from us. To opt back in, reply START. For help, reply HELP or contact us at [email protected].

Your phone number and SMS opt-in information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

Service providers we share data with

We use trusted third-party services to operate the business. Your information may be processed by:

• Cloudflare — website hosting and analytics
• Attio — customer relationship management
• Twilio — business phone, SMS, and voice routing
• Retell AI — voice agent (Bell)
• Cal.com — scheduling
• Stripe — payments
• Loops — transactional and opt-in email
• Google Workspace — email and calendar

Each of these providers handles data under their own privacy policies and security commitments. We do not authorize them to use your data for their own marketing.

How long we keep your information

We keep contact and engagement records for as long as you are a prospect or client, plus a reasonable period afterward for business records (typically 7 years for financial records, shorter for general communications). You can request deletion at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• Show you what information we have about you
• Correct or update inaccurate information
• Delete your information
• Stop sending you communications
• Provide your information in a portable format you can take elsewhere

Children

Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
